Once you start to increase range of movement in your hips, your body and performance will change forever! There is a better way to improve range of movement than spending hours focussing on just stretching. I’m not saying that stretching is a bad thing but when you also start including mobility and strength, the improvements are dramatic and long lasting. This program addresses both strength and range of movement as this is key to unlocking the hips! * The plan gives you 3-4 exercises per day to follow, Monday to Friday. * It includes 12 different exercises over the 5 days. * The plan includes a video of each exercise. * There is also a written description of each exercise alongside the YouTube video. * Each exercise includes ways to modify and advance the exercise. Equipment needed - Bench or chair, resistance band and 2x yoga blocks or a football. You may also require 2x dumbbells and 2x squat wedges.
